Shipping & Delivery

I ordered my product, when can I expect it to arrive?

All orders ship within 24-48 hours (not including weekends and holidays), unless your item is on backorder. You will be notified if an item is on back-order with an approximate ship date. See “back-orders” for more information on items on back-order.

What shipping carrier do you use to ship packages?

SeekWellness uses all major carriers to ship your item. Depending what item you are ordering, it will ship either UPS, FEDEX, or US postal/priority mail.

I need my item quickly. Do you offer expedited shipping?

While ordering, you can select a variety of available shipping methods. Please feel free to select the method that best fits your needs. As stated in the shipping/delivery section, all orders ship within 24-48 hours. In most cases, if an expedited shipping method is selected and the order is received by 1PM EST, we try our best to ship it out that same day to ensure you receive your package on time. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee your order will ship out same day as there may be factors out of the control of SeekWellness that would prevent us from doing so.

My order status is “shipped”. Can I have a tracking number for my order?

You can request a tracking number for your package by Contacting Us.

Please make sure to include your order number and any other information that can assist us in responding quickly to your request.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping rates vary based on the product you are ordering. Some items are “fixed shipping rates” which means that you pay a flat rate for the item. For example, if an item has a flat rate shipping charge of $5, you pay $5 for the shipping of the item. If you order 2, you would be charged $5 multiplied by 2, totaling $10 for shipping.

Other items are shipped based on their weight. For these products, the total shipping cost of your order will be based on the total weight of your order and the shipping option you choose (such as standard shipping verses overnight shipping). Mixed shipping: If you order a product with a flat shipping rate and a product that ships by weight, the shipping cost will be the sum of both types of shipping charges.

In any case, your total shipping cost will be displayed before your credit card is charged.

Ordering

How do I place an online order?

To order online, click the "add to cart" button next to the product you are interested in purchasing. (If the product has size/color requirements, please make sure to select the appropriate option prior to clicking "add to cart").

Upon clicking "add to cart" you will be routed to the shopping cart page which will show you the items you have added to your cart. At this point, if there are other items you would like to purchase, you may click on "back to shopping", otherwise click on "proceed to checkout".

If you are a returning customer, enter your login & password to proceed. If you are a new customer, you can either register to become a member, or select "quick checkout".

Next, you will be asked to enter or confirm shipping information, followed by selecting a shipping preference. Select a payment option Lastly, review your order, add comments if you wish, and then click on "Place order".

 A summary of your order will appear on the screen and an order confirmation will be emailed to the email address you provided.

When I try to place an order online, I get an error and cannot complete it. What should I do now?

On a rare occasion, a customer's browser or internet settings may interfere with orders placed on our website. If you have filled in all the necessary fields and are still having difficulty ordering, please Contact Us with your problem and include as much detail as possible (such as a screenshot and any error messages that may appear) and we will expedite your inquiry to ensure we resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please include your phone number if you would like to talk with a representative.

How do I cancel my order?

In the event that you need to cancel your order, please Contact Us and put “CANCEL: ORDER #” in the comment area. Please also call our number and leave a message. If you cancel prior to the shipping of your order, we will cancel the order and issue you a refund immediately. If your item has already shipped, we will have to wait for the package to arrive and issue a return authorization.

The size I need is not an option. Can I still order the product?

In some cases, custom sizes are available. Please Contact Us with your size requirements and which product you are interested in and we would be happy to try to accommodate you.

Order Tracking

Can I get a tracking number for my order?

You can request a tracking number for your package by Contacting Us. Please make sure to include your order number and any other information that can assist us in responding quickly to your request.

I placed an order a while back and expected to have it by now. How do I check the status of my order?

If you are a SeekWellness member, please login to the SeekWellness store and check the status of your order. Otherwise, please email customer service your order number and contact information. We will respond with details of your order status. Please note unless back-ordered, the status of your order will be “shipped” 48 hours after the order is placed.

Returns & Refunds

Seekwellness.com respects and applies the guarantee and return policy of each product’s manufacturer. A return authorization will be issued for unopened or defective products on request. For more information, Contact Us.

How do I return an unwanted item?

Each product follows the manufacturer’s return policy, therefore we handle each return on an individualized basis. Please note some products, such as swim briefs, many incontinence products and GeeWhiz are non-returnable due to the US Department of Health’s rules and regulations.

To begin the return process, please Contact Us with your order id, name and products you wish to return. A customer service specialist will respond to you with instructions on returning your package. In most cases, packages are returned directly to the manufacturer. Please do not return your items to SeekWellness as it will delay the refund process.

When can I expect a refund?

After the customer service department has authorized your return, you will be asked to ship it to the address we provide to you. Upon receipt of the item(s), we will inspect the products and submit a refund to the credit card that was used during the purchase of the item. The credit may take up to 7 business days to show on your account. Please note that you should receive an email when your card has been credited. If you do not see the credit reflected on your next statement, please Contact Us so that we may investigate. 

Wellness Dollars

What are wellness dollars?

Members of SeekWellness can use wellness dollars as “real money” in the SeekWellness store. It’s free to become a member, and you receive 5 wellness dollars just for signing up. Every time you make a purchase, you can use your wellness dollars, and a certain percentage of the purchase gets added back into your wellness dollars account, so you are saving money and accumulating wellness dollars with every purchase.

How do I earn additional wellness dollars to save more money?

You earn Wellness Dollars for every order you purchase through our store. Just make sure you are logged in. 

Is there a limit to the number of wellness dollars I can use in a single order?

Yes. The maximum number of Wellness Dollars is automatically calculated based on the total in your shopping cart. You must be logged in to see the option to use Wellness Dollars for your order. On the shopping cart page, look for the Wellness Dollars symbol and the total amount of Wellness Dollars that you have available. Beneath that, you'll see the phrase "Maximum savings allowed on this purchase". This is the maximum amount of Wellness Dollars that can be used on the purchase. Click "yes" to use your Wellness Dollars. The total on the right side of the screen will change to reflect your choice. Then, click the Proceed to Checkout button to complete your order.

Privacy and Protection

How is the financial transaction handled?

After you "check out" and the shipping costs are calculated, the financial transaction is handled by Authorize.Net, a reputable 3rd-party financial partner. For your protection, SeekWellness does not collect or store your credit card information. Authorize.Net accepts your credit card information, and processes the financial transaction on our behalf. Authorize.Net uses a secure connection to accept your credit information, which is indicated by a padlock icon in the status bar of your browser window. Tip: Never enter credit cards on the Internet unless you see that locked padlock icon on your browser. It indicates that all information sent to and from your browser is encrypted and sent over a secure connection.

If the financial transaction is successful, SeekWellness receives a record of the transaction, and we store the details of your order so that we can confirm delivery of the products you purchased. SeekWellness does not have access to your credit card information, and can not inquire about the status of your finances.

Will my identity and privacy be protected?

Yes. It is our policy to respect the privacy of our customers. No information is ever sold or distributed to any party other than the merchants from whom actual products are ordered.
